Prisma Health Urgent Care proudly accepts most major insurers, including but not limited to those listed on this page. If you don’t see your insurance plan on the list, please contact any Prisma Health Urgent Care location or email psmbilling@wellstreet.com to verify if your insurance plan is accepted. If Prisma Health Urgent Care is not on your insurance plan, treatment is still available at a cost effective self-pay rate or paperwork can be provided to send to your insurance, though coverage is not guaranteed.

If Prisma Health Urgent Care is not on your insurance plan, treatment is available at a flat, competitive self-pay rate of $149.

Please note that for self-pay, payment is due at the time of service. Some Prisma Health Urgent Care locations accept card and digital payments only. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Prisma Health Urgent Care makes getting care even more convenient with Easy Pay. Easy Pay is designed to create an effortless billing process for our patients so there’s never a need to worry about remembering to pay a bill. Payment processes automatically so you can focus on feeling better faster.

With Easy Pay, insured patients are required to provide a credit, debit or HSA/FSA card at check-in before receiving care. Co-pays or coinsurance are due prior to being seen and any remaining balance up to $299 is automatically charged to the card on file after insurance processes your claim. Easy Pay will only apply if a balance is owed.  We will attempt to provide you with advanced notice that your card will be charged. It’s as easy as that!
